If you must cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please call (907) 789-3800 at least two full business days in advance. Please do not use e-mail or text for scheduling, as the volume of messages is not feasible to track. Because it is impossible for me to "double-book" patients, you are responsible for the full cost of any appointment missed or cancelled without at least two full business days' advance notice (48 hours, e.g. Thursday morning for a Monday morning appointment—excepting emergent medical illness), payable at the scheduled time by electronic payment on file.
